Separate what you can see from what the audience can capture
A screenshot, screen recording, shared window, shared tab, and full-display share can produce different results. Test the exact sharing mode before the meeting instead of assuming that one successful screenshot test covers everything.
In this guide, a PiP-style view means a separate live view of a selected supported app window, not only macOS video Picture-in-Picture. With Pocket Screen, the original app stays in place while the smaller live view remains above the workspace.
