Replace the brackets with the task, source material and reader you actually have. If a fact is missing, leave it missing rather than inviting the model to guess.

Reuse the five-part pattern, but change the source material and output format instead of forcing every task into the same kind of answer.
Create an email from bullet points
Provide the recipient, the facts to include, the required action and the deadline.
Turn meeting notes into actions
Ask for decisions, owners, due dates and unresolved items in separate sections.
Compare options
Define comparison criteria, priorities and how missing information should be handled.
Rewrite for another audience
Keep the facts but change vocabulary, detail and tone for the new reader.

Specify who will read the summary, what decision they need to make and how long it should be.
